A locally-owned group counseling practice, we are located in the heart of beautiful downtown Downers Grove. We are staffed by skilled, licensed therapists with over 75 years of collective experience. We provide both in-office and virtual 'tele-health' appointments. We offer virtual appointments for residents of Illinois and Michigan.

We practice from an insight-oriented, collaborative, affirming and relationship-based approach that promotes clarity and goal-setting, encourage introspection and create strategies to identify and overcome life's many challenges.
